We want you to love your Queen Cosmetics products. This Return Policy explains our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read it carefully, as cosmetics are subject to specific hygiene and safety rules.

1. Hygiene Notice for Cosmetics

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal or packaging removed. This protects all of our customers. Unopened, unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return as described below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@queencosmetics.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@queencosmetics.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us at support@queencosmetics.store. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at support@queencosmetics.store and we will help.
