Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment, while international delivery times vary by location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow up to 48 hours as carriers sometimes update tracking a day early. If it still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, please contact us at support@queencosmetics.store. We also recommend purchasing Route Insurance at checkout for added peace of mind — their team can resolve delivery issues quickly on your behalf.

Canceling an Order

We can’t guarantee cancellations once they’ve been processed. But if your order has already shipped, you can still return it as long as it’s unopened and unused—just note that return shipping will be your responsibility.
