1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During new launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier's service. Estimated delivery is typically 3–8 business days within the United States after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be reflected at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
5. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we may require you to cover reshipment costs.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@queencosmetics.store within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
7. International Shipping
If we offer international shipping, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Delivery times for international orders vary and may be affected by customs processing.
